OmniAction’s Environment topic for Life Cycle Assessment practitioners

We will be holding our first Advisory Group meeting via Zoom on Tuesday March 29th at 3pm UK time. Led by our co-founder Anya Doherty, founder and CEO of Foodsteps, it will be of interest to environmental impact Life Cycle Assessment practitioners, in particular. It could also serve as a useful introduction to our research and science-led community members who are interested in the intersection of Environment and Nutrition.

The draft agenda
1/ Introduction to the OmniAction topics and indicators.
2/ Discussion of the draft sections of OmniAction’s upcoming Charter addressing the environment, attached.
3/ Exploration of whether this could be improved, ie, in particular the table: Environmental impact categories, and column: Likeliness of inclusion for first assessment guidance.
4/ First steps toward improving the reference methodology for those indicators where is it graded as Low.
